eTennisBalls.com continually negotiates with top shippers to provide the lowest possible shipping charges available. eTennisBalls.com is proud to utilize the services of UPS for most shipping. USPS is also available on select orders.

Any order received for in-stock merchandise before 2 PM Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. Special Order items will be shipped promptly after verification.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses at this time.

UPS Next Day Air Saver	Delivery by the next business day to most US Cities. Guaranteed to business addresses only, not to residential addresses.
UPS 2nd Day Air	Delivery in 2 business days in most areas of the US and Puerto Rico.
UPS Worldwide Express	Delivery in 2 business days in most major destinations including over 290 cities in Europe.
UPS Worldwide	Expedited Delivery within two business days to most destinations in Canada. Within three business days to Mexico. Within three to four business days to major destinations in Europe. Within four to five business days to major destinations in Asia and Central and South America.

 
International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. eTennisBalls.com orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
