The items in this category do not come with a manufacturer's warranty. However, eTennisBalls.com will take back items that are defective for 30 days from the invoice date.
Tennis Balls can be returned for full refunds or exchange if the products are in unopened, brand-new condition.
Shipping costs for exchanges or refunds where eTennisBalls is at fault will be on us. Shipping cost for exchanges or refunds where eTennisBalls.com is NOT at fault will be paid by the customer.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not totally satisfied with an item that you purchase, you may return it in its original, new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. EZ Glides and Walker Glides may not be returned after they have been used unless defective.
If you pre-paid with a credit card for your product and are returning due to a product defect, we will refund your shipping charges. If returned for any other reason, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Incorrect Color or Size
If we deliver the wrong color or size to you, we will send a pre-paid shipping label and deliver the correct product to you at our expense.
