How can I locate the product I'm trying to find?
There are several ways to find the product(s) you are looking for. The best way is to use our Search feature found near the top of each page. Simply type in the product or key word of the item you are looking for and our Search will provide you with the best matches to your query. Another way to find what you're looking for is to navigate by category. For example, if you're looking for Penn tennis balls, look to the left side of the Home Page and click on Court. How do I place an online order?
Simply choose the products that you are interested in purchasing and proceed through our checkout process. If you need to call us, please contact us through our Toll Free number 877-264-6119. One of our Pros will be happy to help you!
New customers — If you haven't purchased from eTennisballs.com before, it's easy to create an account. Begin by clicking on 'My Account' at the top of each page. This will take you to the account ‘login' page. Once there, click the link that says ‘NEW MEMBERS SIGN UP HERE'. Next you will go to the account registration page where you will be asked to enter some relevant information to create your eTennisBalls.com account. Once completed, our website will recognize your registered email address. For future transactions, all you will have to do is enter your registered password.
Returning customers — If you are an established eTennisBalls.com customer who has made an online purchase, all you will need in order to sign in is your email address and password.

Logo & Personalization
What is the difference between logo and personalization?
When it comes to Tennis Balls or Walker Glides, personalization is a standard block font printed on the ball in all uppercase letters available in several color choices. A logo is artwork, a design or a specialized font requiring the submission of an electronic artwork image or file for the manufacturer to reproduce.
What type of information can I have imprinted on a Tennis Ball or Walker Glide?
Any text that it is not profane, derogatory or obscene is acceptable as long as it fits within the manufacturer's character limitations. We reserve the right to refuse to print any requested text.
Is there a minimum quantity to order for personalized or logo Tennis Balls & Walker Glides?
For logo tennis balls, there is a minimum order quantity of 10 cases. Most cases contain 24 cans of 3 tennis balls in each can (72 Balls). For Walker Glides, there is a minimum of 1000 units
How long does it take to get personalized or Logo Tennis Balls or Walker Glides?
From 3 to 6 weeks from when we receive your approved artwork.
Can I get my personalized order any faster?
It is possible to receive your Logo products faster than 3 to 6 weeks. Please call one of our Pros at 1-877-264-6119 and they will be happy to give you more details regarding or Logo and Personalization service.
What types of files are acceptable for logo artwork?
The preferred format for logo artwork is EPS, PDF or TIF formats with a minimum 300 dpi resolution.
Can I return personalized items for credit or exchange?
Personalized items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Please see our Return Policy in our catalog or online for complete details.

How can I be certain that my order has been received?
Upon completion of your order, eTennisBalls.com will send you an order confirmation e-mail specifying the products and quantities ordered, shipping and sales taxes (if applicable), and shipping address to your designated email address. This will only happen if we have an accurate working email address. Please check your junk or Spam folder in the event that you cannot find the email.
Can I change my online order?
If you need to make a change to an existing online order after submittal, please contact one of our Pros by phone toll-free1-877-264-6119 or by fax (337-264-6159) as soon as possible. Although we will try our best to accommodate your change, eTennisBalls.com cannot guarantee that the order change can occur once it is submitted. Please include your order number and customer number.

The majority of orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Lafayette, LA. Most of our Logo Tennis Balls will be shipped from the manufactures warehouse.
